Mike Evin shows off his sensual side on new album “Life As A Lover”

Singer-songwriter Mike Evin dug deep and pushed himself above and beyond his musical comfort level with producer Howie Beck on his new album “Life As A Lover,” which debuts on August 28, and is not afraid to admit that he wants to “sing like Al Green.”

On this weekend’s episode of The Gracie Note, watch as the Toronto-based musician and Gracie talk about Evin’s brand new record, the making of the “Have I Ever Loved?” music video, what it was like creating the album’s finale and much more!

Don’t let the album title fool you because “Life As A Lover” is not just about being in love. There are songs on this record that can also heal wounds, rekindle memories and reach out to anyone.

Mike Evin will be heading out on a Canadian Fall tour and advance tickets are available by heading here.
